While out on patrol, Ethan and Preston once again run into a couple of goons belonging to the Foot Clan. They stop them from kidnapping more people, however this time they are ambushed by about 60 more of them. They manage to take out a few of them before they become overwhelmed. As all seems lost, a group of anthropomorphic turtles appears and helps them fight. They are able to clear them out, and after the dust settles they run off and meet up in an abandoned warehouse nearby. The turtles introduce themselves as the Ninja Turtles, and they talk about the Foot Clan and explain what they are doing in Lowell. They discuss a team up, to which Ethan and Preston agree to until they get the Foot Clan out of Lowell.
