Ethan Moves into Town

The Teen Titans older cousin, Ethan Byrne, moves to Lowell, Massachusetts from New York. They are excited because they never get to really hang out with him but now that he is around they get to do it more. Ethan and Billy Chan become closer as cousins and the former tries to convince the latter to team up with him. Billy tries to get Ethan to understand why he doesn't use his crystal anymore, but Ethan chalks it up to him being a coward and moves on from it.
