While out on patrol, Preston and Ethan run into a group of people in Ninja attire calling themselves the "foot clan" trying to kidnap some folk in Lowell. They manage to stop them, causing them to run away into the shadows. Ethan almost beats one to a pulp before Preston stops him. The police arrive and the two get away before they can see them.
