Sir Amig of Tilshead

Sir Amig ͏͏͏͏

Amig was the elderly castellan of Tilshead and former marshal of Salisbury. His liege lord at the time of his death was Earl Robert of Salisbury, though most of his life was spent serving Earl Roderick of Salisbury.   A veteran of many battles, Amig was covered in scars and had a noticeable limp. He lived in the castle Tilshead with his son, Sir Drystan. He was promoted to marshal after the death of Sir Elad of Vagon in 483 and retired in 491, seceding the title to Sir Hywel of West Lavington.   Sir Artaire of Idmiston squired under him before being knighted.   Sir Amig briefly served on the Inner Council of Sarum and passed away peacefully in early 496.
