Sulien was the Cumbrian earl of the county of Bedegraine in Logres.
He was awarded his title in 481 by King Uther Pendragon after betraying his cousin King Rhys of Bedegraine and helping King Uther conquer Bedegraine during the Conquest of Bedegraine.
He was poisoned at the Feast at St Albans.
