Ocudus
Ruled and populated by undead and their minions, cultists, and allies. Strict class divides, between royal vampires, aristocratic undead of other types, and servant thralls and mindless undead.
Ocudus is an empire. There are two vampire kingdoms under the imperial rule of a lich empress.
Ocudus relies almost exclusively on geothermal power, but employs some steam power.
They're indifferent on immigration, but humans seldom go there unless they're cultists, thralls, necromancers, practitioners of black magic or marry an undead. Unclaimed immigrants are basically lunch.

To protect their borders and live peacefull in their own land, free from persecution.
