Oflyae
There are not many that run into an Elf from the nation of Oflyae. Known for some of the greatest craftsmen in Braka the High Elfs of Oflyae have secluded themselves into their mountain realm. Making having an artifact from Oflyae that much more rare. The Dwarves of Usnor have often been said to produce similar works of wonder and will often trade with one another.
Culture
The elves of Oflyae are a proud secluded people. They truly believe in their devine orgins and structure their lives as such. While all High-Elves are seen as queal any mixed bloods are not. While not forbiden to mix bloods with other races all Elves know to do so will make some possiblities within their culture unacessible. Meanwhile all pure bloods may have equal opertunity not all Elves share the same benfits. Depending on any particular families abilities or "callings" each family line is given a particular class. This is not a discrimnation in the same way having unpure blood is but most families have a hard time moving out of their given calling. This is mostly due to the well oiled economy structure of the Elves of Oflyae. However on rare occassions if a Elf is seen to have a very gifted ability that lays outside his families calling they can be elvated to a diffrent class. At this point that Elf can change or keep his family name. While keeping or changing one's family name both have benfitis and drawbacks most choose to keep their family name. This class system as a whole is known to most of the rest of Braka its inner workings and actual classes is not.
Military
Oflyae is said to have a very strong military but there is no offcial reports and the Elves of Oflyae have never divulged this information. However from experiance and noted conflicts such as The War Of Fire & Ice Elven soldiers have been seen as some of the best in all of Braka. Their possibly more impressive part of their military is that of their mages. Elves are known to be interconected with magic and this shows in any encounter with a mage from Oflyae or Creiqua. The Elves of Oflyae however have a legendary school only open to the high elves of the nation. This school produces some of the best mages in all of Braka and many serve the military and scout units of Oflyae.
Foreign Relations
Oflyae in gneral has good relationsips with most of the other nations of Braka. While they tend to not interact with other nations very often they do participate in trade primarily with both dwarven nations of Usnor and Escar equaliy.
They do however tend to have the most conflict with their neighboring elven nation of Creiqua. While they have open stated their frustrations with Creiqua stray from the old ways they still partake in trade with the nation as it is one of the best ways to get their goods to the rest of the nations of Braka.
