Elder Council

Elves a a very formal set of rules and laws that they abide by while they live in the mortal relms. While many rules and laws may be the same from relm to relm each relm is a little diffrent and needs special rules to help Elves live amoung other races specific to that world. This is why each group of Elves has a Elder Council. 
The High Elf Elder Council resides Oflyae. A city tucked far in the central Mountains of Iubren. Due to the Elves long life span they have seen very few changes in the seats of the Council.
