Emperor is the title given to the ruler of the wild. The title has remain in the Rula family for hundreds of generations.
Qualifications
An Emperor must have completed their education, have a background in combat strategy and market economics.

An Emperor must be in the Rula clan
Appointment
A new Emperor is given a special ceremony where the crown and staff of the previous emperor are burned, and the new emperor created a new crown and staff from materials provided by family, friends, and the public.
Duties
The Emperors duties include the protection of the wild and its natural beauty. The survival of the culture of wild. Lastly, communication between towns to keep terms between them friendly.

- Appoint a members of the Rula clan to govern towns in The Wild
- Act as the supreme judge in any court rulings

An Emperor may be removed if the Rula clan collectively decides that they are not doing a good enough job, or they die.
