Billie Rush
BILLIE RUSH is the youngest child of the RUSH family. She has one older brother named STEVEN who is in a band with TOMMY. Her parents are workaholics who are often absent from her life, as a result she often has to steal to survive.
BILLIE has a bad reputation for being a DELINQUENT who often skips school to SKATEBOARD. Part of this reputation is well earned though, as she also has a touch of the FIREBUG.
Her favourite thing to do is hang out behind MR. GORDON'S RECORD SHOP where she can catch WILD ANIMALS with her best friend GRIMEY and hang out with the older kids who work there.
BILLIE usually has unkept hair and wears big, baggy coats. Overall, she is adventerous, fun loving, and prone to streaks of wild behaviour like following a mysterious van out into the desert.
She is currently in JUVIE.
