Jace Maverick
What can be said about Jace Maverick that hasn't already been said about adventurers? That he's too bold, too extravagant, and too cocky? Perhaps, but he does own his inn outright and has hunted the many trophies mounted on his walls, yes, even the wyvern. The best part is that he'll tell you the gory details too.
Physical Description

The man has a magnificent goatee.

Mental characteristics
Personal history
Jace is man who retired at his prime and has not looked back once. However, he actually is the real deal and yes, that greatsword above the bar is not simply for show. Jace was once a member of an adventuring group with a significant record of achievements. They were just shy of the "big leagues" though, and frankly, were better off for stopping before they got to the extremely dangerous jobs. Most of them retired and ran the side jobs of their dreams. Now, Jace is more than happy to serve ale and food to any who can pay his prices. They're not terribly outrageous, or so they say.

Accomplishments & Achievements
With his original adventuring group they managed to slay a great number of creatures, most notably some of the taxidermized trophies on display on the walls of his inn:
- A minotaur
- A wyvern
- A giant snake
- A yeti
- A worg
- An owlbear
Personality Characteristics
Likes & Dislikes
Likes decisive people.
Dislikes people who only order the "small" ale.
Wealth & Financial state
Jace is probably among the top five richest individuals in town, and that's before accounting for the revenue generated by his inn. When he retired to Wreath, a curious child said they saw a small chest the size of a two gallon barrel filled to the brim with coins. Supposedly, the child saw this when Jace was paying the local stablemaster to lodge his horse, but the sizeable new inn only corroborates that story more and more.
