Black Rock

Black Rock is a substance found in the continent of Ghrebam, often most abundant in areas close to the Sujeze River, but also found in the mines of the Blistery Belt and even in offshore deposits in the surrounding seas and oceans.

Black Rock is essential for the way of life in Karji, which has outlawed magic, and instead uses Black Rock-powered technological devices.

Black Rock has been historically easy to find and the various devices and machines created with it led to the rise of the Karji Corporations, however more recently Black Rock has been growing scarce. The corporations are attempting to keep this fact a secret, though those in the highest positions of power are beginning to panic and look for alternate means of fueling Karji's insatiable machinery.
