King Bryn II Syrincore
King Bryn II was king of Eremere from 921 to his death in 946. He was the fourth born son of King Midah IV and Queen Diana Pearce. Their first, Prince Midah, had died in infancy, as had their third and Bryn's older twin, Prince Aldred. Their second, Gadriel, succeeded his father in 917 but died childless in 921, leaving Bryn as king.
Bryn struggled to gain support from powerful vassals who had served his brother and father as councillors and bureacrats. One cabal of threatened nobles kept the death of Gadriel II secret in an attempt to delay Bryn's ascension.
Bryn married Lyra Accuran, a princess of Acutania, and they had one son, Aldred.
