Confederacy of North Fellenas

The Confederacy of North Fellenas is a confederation of a number of semi-independent states located on the northern half of Fellenas.
The Confederacy was one of the aggressors that helped to start the First World War. While physically separate from the other aggressors, they held territory in several strategic locations at the start of the war. They also had an excellent military with a large research budget.
