Pantacosm
Pantacosm is a city within the Minor Planes of Outer Chaos that is home to a mix of Jinns, Celestials, Devils, Demons and others who have found a place where they can exist outside the hierarchy and conflict of the Greater Planes.
Pantacosm is a curious place, almost unique for its population and what it has to offer. It is most known for its large market places where almost any item of interest can be found, though prices range from gold, to souls, to wishes and favors, depending on seller and buyer.
Government
The City is governened through a democratically elected council with made up of a Jinn, Celestial, Devil, Demon, and one elected by all the other residents.
Districts
The city is roughly divided into districts for each major species that inhabits it. There is a Jinn District, A Celestial District, A Demon District, a Devil District, and a Cognizana District where the minority of mortals in the city make their home.
Points of interest
Malik's Museum of Curiosities and Relics
The Museum is owned by a Greater Jinn named Malik who has collected an impressive variety of magical and rare artifacts from all across the planes of Biethal. Most of his items were bought at the large market in the city, but lately he has begun to contract adventurers on the material plane who in exchange for access to some power provide him with magical items for display. Malik can also be persuaded to part with items, or at least lend them for the right price, often another magic item of equal value, or perhaps service in the form collection of a lost item.Chapel of Lost Souls
The Chapel is operated by a wayward Angel, formerly in the service of Sultanis, named Renleael. It is a place for newcomers to the Pantacosm to rest and grow acquainted with the situation. It is also a common gathering location for Celestials.Thermae Sento
Therma Sento is a bathhouse and Spa owned and operated by the Angel Robaniel and the Demon Gatilren. Rob and Gat met soon after both arrived in Pantacosm, and after a whirlwind romance decided to get married and go into business running a bathhouse. It has become one of the most popular locations in the city and caters to all comers, with special baths for all types of people, including magma pools for fiend.Ampitheatre of Pantacosm
The Ampitheatre is a multipurpose structure used both for dramatic events and more popularly gladiatorial combat. Several gladitorial schools exist in Pantacosm, generally focusing on a certain combat style. Magics are only allowed in certain contests.
