Osheanica
This is a plane of water and beaches. It is the home of Jasceenah, and her court, the Jasceenea.
The spirits that occupy this plane are largely groups of Sea Elves, Merfolk , Salt Gnomes. In addition some Elves and other races call this plane home if they devoted their lives to the sea.
