Copasho

The Copasho are a group of Mountain Elves who occupy the southern Joene Mountains.

Structure

The Copash is a confederacy of Mountain Elf bands. The bands will meet occasionally where they trade goods, and exchange stories. While their is no central authority all the bands will help others when possible, and often absorb survivors from groups that are destroyed by outside attack, and everyone in the confederacy will take vengeance on the party responsible.

Demography and Population

The Copasho has around 120 different bands that make their homes in the Joene Mountains. Their population is hard to count, but is thought to be around 13,000 elves.
