All referees in the game, who are not playing specific NPCs, will be on the field as Valkyries sent by Freya to collect the dead. Valkyries in the Beyond Ragnarok world may be of any gender identity.

This means our referees are not ‘invisible’ but physically there in-character and can be interacted with in-character.

Please bear in mind, however, that their main purpose is to referee encounters and therefore interaction with them must be kept to a minimum unless initiated by the Valkyrie.

Valkyries can be identified by their runic tabards with a wing motif and their ref name upon the back.
