There are two ways to crew with Beyond Ragnarok. You can either be a full time crew member, or a part time crew member.
Full Time Crew
Full-time crew roles are those where the crew member is solely crewing the game, and not playing.
Full time crew have the opportunity for;
- Can be on site from Thursday – Monday
- There are no entry charges for full time crew
- An indoor bunk for sleeping
- Please note, that this is subject to availability on any given event weekend, as there are only so many bunks available.
- Medical requirement is taken into consideration for bunk allocations.
- Partake in crew catering, which runs from Friday-Sunday
- Please note, for this there is a small monetary contribution required for this, and all dietary requirements are catered for.
- NPC roles
- All our crew have the opportunity, when they become available, to play NPC’s within the game world.
Part Time Crew
Part-time crew roles are players of our game, who are volunteering for additional duties to help the game team out.
All part time roles will not take place over Time-In, but over Thursday/Friday daytime, post timeout Sunday, and Monday.
Part time crew-roles have the opportunity for;
- To be fed from Crew Catering on Friday Morning and Lunchtime
- There is no additional payment for this, part of your paid player ticket will be put towards this.
- Free Entry on Thursday
- Entry time for part time crew is also earlier on Thursday than the player entry of 3pm
- Stay onsite until Monday
- Please note that this will be in the building in a bunk. Tents must be taken down and the field cleared on Sunday.
At this time, we have the following crew departments accepting new members.

You will be required to hold a food hygiene certificate for all aspects of this role. If you have this already, this is an advantage. If you do not, and are successful in application, we will put you through the course.
Event Team
Part Time
The event team help the game team with setting up and taking down the props and set dress of the event. There are jobs covering the follow times;
- Thursday at from approx 10am-6pm (bulk of build work)
- Friday daytime (mainly set-dress)
- Sunday post time out (both build and setdress – getting everything down)
- Monday morning and afternoon (some build/setdress takedown, and cleaning)
Advantage if you are able to consistently commit to Mondays, this is where the most help is required at the present time.
