Personal history
Terraxion Concillion was raised by his mother and born away from the palace. He was raised in the Winter Palace, located in the Qatakan expanse, which is the coldest region in the planet. He was raised as an intellectual, not as a fighter or even as a ruler since it was believed he would not inherit the throne. When the Trade Federation of Ittraxia was defeated, and Phrodon Raecillius held his infamous dinner party for the family, Terraxion and his mother did not attend, as they were on a different continent and didn't care much for Phrodon. After the party, Terraxion became the only possible heir to Octavia II, a fate he was not prepared for, and was later crowned Terraxion XXVII, first of the Concillion Dynasty. However, Terraxion was a worthy ruler despite his lack of education in the area, and used his scientific expertise the fast-track The Grand Terraxian Imperium into the Space Age.
