Civil action
The village council of Parowent sends a letter to the town of Nefyn, requesting aid in dealing with the rise in crime as a result of the increase in traffic and trade along the Golden Road.
In the monthly meeting of the village council, they voted to send a request for aid to Nefyn. While such requests are rare, the village council believed that, since they were once ruled by the same Lord, such a request for aid would be honored.
