Physical Description

General Physical Condition

He appears to be in peak physical condition for a dragon of his age, despite his relatively young age as a dragon he represents the pinnacle of the 'Tier 1' dragons being massive and powerful beyond compare.

Body Features

His scales are largely crystal, as if by the crystallization condition but they do not seem to impede his ability to move. Most of his body in ruby red with the scales underneath his neck and torso being obsidian, his wing membranes likewise have an obsidian sheen to them.

Facial Features

Two large ear frills rest just behind his jaw and cover from jaw to the bottom of his horns. His horn crest starts above his eyes with two large upward sweeping horns, roughly halfway up the horns they grow down and out several feet before growing forward again as if mimicking his lower jaw shape but out several feet. His horn crest and the top of his head are covered in a form fitting golden metal, the Tyrannus Crown.

Personal history

The son of two of the trusted advisors to the draconic god of Vengeance Ragnoir, the Eternal Guardian, and Malistrischa The Obsidian. He was sent to the material plane at adulthood along with a flight of dragons who had caught the interest of the god of vengeance as a means of restoring the Draz Tyran. Khorvus'Malnoir was under the impression that another was to be the Tyrannus, but such things are not up to the god of vengeance as other forces shaped destiny. The group of dragons spent time in assumed humanoid forms and moved about the world trying to help where they could all while searching for information they desperately needed.
Many years later the Keeper of the Tyrannus stone Narolth'T'Saren, Greyarch Amahra'Shaelaas, and Khorvus'Malnoir found the long lost fortress of the last Tyrannus, and together they were able to put the mad spirit of the last Tyrannus to rest, while the crown was donned by each of the dragons it refused all of them, save for Khorvus.

Tyrannus Created Mordereth Aided in reawkening the Obelisks of Creation to help restore balance to the Arcane

Morality & Philosophy

People must learn how to rely on themselves while helping others is not inherently wrong it can lead to dependency. This is why I will not use the power of the Crown to solve all the problems of the world, for there is no life without challenge. Further to use the Tyrannus Crown is to make very large waves in a small bath it will likely lead to more problems later, which could very well be worse.

Khorvus'Malnoir wishes to heal the world, in particular his empire, while he does care about the rest of the world for the moment his people are the most pressing concern on his mind, aside from the duty of maintaining the Arcane.

Khorvus'Malnoir has never been accused of a lack of confidence he inspires it in others. To his people he represents hope to no longer have to live an existence simply waiting for hunters to after them, to be able to return to a true society. He represents the strength of character, will, and body to defend them and their new home. He is their beloved Tyrannus and while some may argue against his ideas, none have yet tried to overthrow him.
