Rose Bowl Precinct
The Rose Bowl Precinct is a middle-class district of the city. It is a town within self with blacksmiths, general stores and many of the necessaries of life. You don't need to ever leave the Precinct if you don't want to and you could have a comfortable life, working, living and playing with the precinct. The crime level is lower than some parts of the city as a whole because the Black Hooks look down on anyone causing issues within their Precinct, and they see the Rose Bowl as theirs, and so far no major guild or group as come in and told everyone otherwise.
The Precinct is called the Rose Bowl, due to the massive Rose Gardens at the centre of it, This is both a major attraction to the Precinct but also one of the largest sources of income for the area, as many of the major guilds and noble houses purchase roses from the Bowl.

The major trade from the Rose bowl is the Rose Garden, but on top of that there the usual neccessaries of life, general stores, banks, craftsmen.

Architecture
Majority of the buildings are stone ground floor and then wood and plastic second floors and higher. Majority of the buildings are 2 or 3 story high at most but some are 4 or 5 high. Most stone buildings are of a dark grey hard stone, and the wood is of a dark oak style.
