Leith Helathar
(a.k.a. Lord Shiel)
Assistant to Councilmember Stoneshield. She is a tall elven woman with short cropped blonde hair. She’s wearing a long green tunic tied at the waist with a golden silk sash. She’s smiling warmly on greeting visitors for the Councilmember. Leith is very professional but can be quite prickly when people make her job more difficult than it needs to be.
