Scene One: 11 am to 1pm of the 1st of Ghost's Memory
Firi is now the Helm's apprentice to Western Sunrise.
We begin with Mila down on the lowest deck, saying, "What the fuck?!" She discovers the Tentacled Apparatus that has attached to the ancient elemental and dwarven airship engine. She attempts to query N'tenti, the helper of Noodles, but the little mechanical octopus is unable to fully respond. She then casts identify to know more about those odd creature, other than it slowly taking over the ship and subsisting off the energy of this ancient engine. The casting of this spell alerts N'tenti to call for intruders in Aikhon's voice. Many run below: E'Krae, Torth, Ilknar, Valia, Deoy, Chatulkik... However, G is seen first by the young gnome, Mila, and she bears no mind at first to his presence, for there are many odd ones on this boat.
Chatulkik and Deoy notice that this is not the bloody battle they seek, so they leave, and E'krae soon also notices this is not worth his time as well. On the way down the stairs, Mila heard Torth call something E'krae was doing an abandonment. He even threatens Torth about this conversation before he leaves. Nevertheless, Mila finds that the tentacled apparatus has three tendrils, or perhaps even tentacles, that have burrowed, perhaps, through the deck below. Ilknar leaves soon thereafter, and Torth and Mila, with noodles, discuss what it is, more or less, and the need to do more about it before more than these three tentacles borrow out.
G leaves to help more around the ship as the dragonborn refugees get ready to leave.
Meanwhile, back on the main deck, Valia is greeted by Dosgratin and Pojin, with Nethpione and soon Deoy and Chatulkik; they drink together at midday sharing stories of their pasts and traumas. Deoy came from a land rain by dwarven warlords from large forests who control large monsters made of earth and stone, metal and flesh. Dosgratin escaped the clutches of Claddenrow. Pojin and Chatulkik escape the clutches of slavery. As did Valia, but from then a Sahuagin attack, and her mask, she saved her, allowing the rage to take hold.
At the end of this time, Valia sees that Peanut the Lutrin diver leaves the Surgeon's quarters, and she takes opportunity to talk with Ganoi and Mercou, the new surgeon's of the Call. Valia asks Ganoi to search her mind for her memories of where she is and what has happened to her. This terrifies Ganoi, as the spirit in the mask, her rage to protect Valia, herself.
Ilknar sees Valia leave afterward, and he goes into also speak with Ganoi. He claims that it is the young goblin's responsibility to now take care of his "rash" or glow on his back, something that only appeared after his time in the Stormhold, the place of his ancestry. Ganoi does look at the odd bioluminescence, but he has no idea of where to begin, and so he asks for Ilknar to return in a few weeks. He probably will not remember, however.
Aikhon is found later breaking into the room of his brother to peer upon his brother's ancient map. He notices the star upon the map dancing in position as if it moves in real time out somewhere on the ocean waves. He then goes below deck to the workshop to convene with Gyc about his magic hand crossbow, of the Uven Rune. However, the ship's weapon master is quite busy assisting Vumpesh, the dragonborn silver whom they found in the Scion Matriarch's Prisons with 76 and Mercou, and Roland working away at projects of their own. The silver dragonborn works to fix his delivery systems for his caustic thunder-charges. Aikhon learns of these crafts, but he also helps Roland finish is plans for his cufflinks.
After this, Aikhon follows Thej's sister, who should be assisting with the refugees boarding the Razor, as she sneaks to the brig of the Call to presumably slay her cousin. Aikhon thwarts this with some stealthy maneuvers and some sly tongue to convince Flotsam, sister to Auna and daughter of the Matriarch of the Scions, to join the crew as part of their Powder Crew, as long as she does not destroy the ship in the process.
At this midday, Seren and Mila notice a dark fog laying and, and Western Sunrise, the new quartermaster, must navigate the natural phenomena as Captain Brimstone steers the Call.
During this interchange, at about 1:30 pm, Ilknar, G, Mila, Valia, Roland, and Aikhon find themselves all near the privy; well, Ilknar inside, Aikhon begging to get in, Roland assisting Aikhon, and the others watching in shock and awe at the spectacle. Oddly enough, this allows for the group, the Scallywags, to find new faces into their fold and to understand how they approach these new recruits and their forms and functions. G is a caster of sorts, and Aikhon asks him alter to assist with scrying upon a future adversary, Z, from the past buried in Feon's sand. Mila: Aikhon attempts to find purpose for her aboard, but her embarassment of Ilknar has in some ways already soured the crew's perceptions. They know these two nonetheless, like Valia aforementioned, have trauma from suffering and loss, but they have also gained great strength.
In Yolov's room after this, this is when Aikhon asks for G's help, but also when Horizon, the medusa found in the depths of Jesharaum's first Daughter, when she is informed of her addition to the crew, in a way.

They day continues, with crafting aforementioned, and studying of languages, and just general peace aboard the Call, for a time. But the fog shows a new precipice forming as they near the Fallen Star, the Dancing Star, as Aikhon has learned.
