Blinsky's Spinning Top
Blinsky's Spinning Top is a toy made by Gadof Blinsky which was on sale at Blinsky's Toys in Vallaki. It is currently in the keeping of Ireena Kolyanovich, who was given the toy by Blinsky. Like all of Blinsky's toys, the Spinning Top has a strange energy to it that is both compelling and concerning.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Spinning Top is a brass and wood dreidel-like toy with four panels bent at the middle to create eight seperate faces. All four of the downward-facing faces have small messages of "encouragement" written on them by Gadof Blinsky, whilst the upper faces show a more sinister picture. Two of the faces show a slavering wolf chasing the terrorised man depicted in the other two faces.
Significance
The person who spins the top immediately gains the Fleeing Condition for 1 round, and doubles their movement speed. At the end of their turn the top continues to spin on a '1' from a d4.
