Welcome fair subjects,
I apologise most profusely for the improper hospitality you have been shown thus far in my lands, but I am most pleased to see you have dealt with the Durst family most efficiently. Long have they been a thorn in the side of my people, whelping upon one another generations of cutthroats & cannibals. I do sincerely hope the rest of your lives within my domain pass by in much greater fortunes & that you do not hold me or your new home in lower esteem due to the actions of four wayward peasants.
As a token of hospitality, I have left you with a bottle of Martikov, 701 ME, a fine vintage from our finest vinter. I assure you this bottle has not been tampered with in any respect.
Once more I bid thee welcome, fair subjects.
