Twin River Accord
The Twin River Accord is a loose alliance of Merchants and Nobles that operate separate from the Kingdom of Shimmerlake. This is where most non humans found their homes after the initial conflict with the dwarves and elves.
They operate on neutral to friendly terms with the dwarves of Magnell, occasionally dwarven goods and crafts make their way into Hotspring and eventually into Twin River.
They keep their independence from Shimmerlake by leveraging their new relationship with the dwarves and supplying talented craftsman and access to certain goods that the primarily human kingdom would never otherwise have access to.
The Accord is run by 3 Major Families who are supported by a number of smaller ones
