Eastern District

The Eastern District in Novakuzren is where you will find all the magic users. Mainly Artificers make this district their home. There isn't a block that doesn't have some sort of gadget or firearm shop on the corner. The East is home to one of Novakuzren's main exports. Magical rainbow, crystal ore that harnesses and enhances one's magical ability if properly used. The mountains that border the Eastern part of Hugo City are full of these magical ores and are mined for vigorously by Hugo and gives thousands and thousands of residents jobs here. The vast population here are typically the larger races. Things like Goliath, Dragonborn, even some Centaur can be found working here. Mining magical ore requires not only strong bodied people to mine it, but experts in magic as well. The Eastern District has the most magic users out of any other district. If you want to get magical items and or find work the Eastern District Is the best place to go. Many people who live here have some of the better looking homes and facilities due to the amount of work that can be found here. They have a working pumbling system and are often treated nicely with the second choice on food for the month. Hugo doesn't tend to worry too much about the Eastern District as his concerns lie in other places. So, the law enforcement here is a little lax, if you can even call it that, compared to the other Districts. Some notable places in the Eastern District are, The Ore Mines, Erza's Magic shop, The Synth Café, and of course Hugo Road.
