House Balafanse

House Balafanse is one of the lords houses of Renelestre, under the patronage and alliance with House Salveto. They are the ruling house of Kew, and have had such a long standing and trusted relationship with House Salveto, that the great house runs its primary naval yard and academy out of that district. This gives the lord of House Balafanse an higher status than other similarly positioned lords within the city, and with it has come the (somewhat perfunctory) title of Marquis, bestowed upon its patriarch.
