Cesare Regiano is the Grandmaster of the Renelestran wainwright guild known as The Axel. He administers the mechanical and engineering preparations around the Great Renelestran Circus and the chariot races. He is very protective of his guild members, and is himself a very hands-on craftsman who runs his guild with a keen administrative sense. He is known as a very skilled leader who can manage multiple differentiated projects at once.
