(a.k.a. Czar, Nickolas McNeally, Vivian Hawke)
Nikki is a daeva who has been reincarnated many times; and, unlike ordinary humans, has maintained a continuity of consciousness, though this particular incarnation has trouble keeping all of the others firmly in mind (in contrast to her most recent previous incarnation as Nickolas McNeally). She is a skilled matter magickian and assassin, but she only acts on behalf of Praxis, never for personal motives or some reason of other characters. Praxis has encouraged her to develop a personal life, but this has not held Nikki's interest for long, beyond her girlfriend, Jessica, and her former lover, who has yet to be named in the texts.
