Level 5 Town Located on the western coast of Sarchoria, the two most distinctive features of this hillside town is primarily the wizarding college, Visorius School of Enchantments and Transmutations, and secondarily the community of wealthy merchant nobles who maintain homes there. Despite its lack of landscape to support a proper harbor, the glorious vistas, both landward and seaward have drawn the wealthy, and it remains a heavily travelled destination, propped up by their needs and desires.
