A conclave of Faith Militant bishops convened in Valês Rise to pull together and organize the various religious texts of the faith into a single coherent codex. After months of closed-door debates, the conclave announed the Revelation of the Testatement of Witnesses, outlining the deeds of Valês and the doctrines of the faith, which would inspire and drive the conquests of much of Vashk.
