It includes the Blue Sea and Blulatonne, ruled from the Palace of the Rattlebells by the Vice-Queen of the Blue Sea. 

The Coat of Arms SaphiE Lachami (Sing the Sea) is blue like the tails of its mermaids and contains the three symbols of the Blue Sea: the blue tail, the orchid, and the rattle bells. It also has the dragon representing Ellys since the coronation of Ermythia Blula, as she is the adopted granddaughter of the Deities Margaíhza Mabylte Manos and Pietrum Nanos. 

Its citizens are the blue tailed Mermaids and the Sea-orchids.
