Calnis
A secret species, with affinity with both Nature and Mind. They are the result of the mating between an Elf and a Witch. They always display pink or black hair, and pink or black eyes, and can switch between both colors at will.
They can perform magic without a medium for conductor or needing to bond with spirts or elements, but their magic must always be based in specific wording to work. Calnis have the unique capacity of switching bodies with a chosen someone for seven years, after which they renew their bond or chose someone else to switch with. Their brilhantus are also very unique, as they can assume the chosen someone secondary form at will.
Calnis are very rare and live in secret, disguised, as elves consider them to be dark magic creations / curses that will bring their species to ruin, thus hunting calnis down.
Calnis follow the Lords of the Desert, male calnis of pure ascent with the responsibility of ensuring the continuity of the species and maintain their secrecy. Most of the Lords practice polygamy, similarly to the Witches in the Isle of Cauldron.
