Inara
Industry & Trade
The town of Inara is largely agricultural, but it also makes substantial income from the miners who come in search of Altmyr. There are many businesses catering to the industry, including inns, taverns, a gambling house, and a brothel.
History
Inara is famous for nearly being destroyed by a volcano in Year 204. This resulted in Aidan Seeker, Wielder of the Violet Power, building an army of sorcerers to destroy the volcano. The result of that magical attack was the formation of the material known as Altmyr.
Tourism
Sorcerers often visit Inara to se the mountain where Altmyr is mined. Some also visit the graves of those who gave their lives attempting to destroy the volcano. Those graves are located close to the volcano and are accompanied by a monument that Aidan Seeker personally commissioned.
Geography
Inara is located in the south of Berk, along the edge of the Alta Mountains.
Natural Resources
Inara is most known for Altmyr, which exists only within the extinct volcano near the town.
