Gel Eamoni (gale ay-moan-ee)
This is the previous name of the city now known as the Holy City of Toldrun. It was the second largest dwarven city in Ayndrinor for most of recorded history, behind only Gel Morgran . The name is derived from the second most important member of the Light Pantheon to the dwarves, the god Eamon. After the Toldrunites rose to prominence in the city and managed to take power through a coup, the Dwarven Civil War began. Once this happened, the city ceased to be known as Gel Eamoni, as a great renaming project targeted cities and geographic features all around the kingdom.
