The Bringer of Fortune

The Keeper of Good Luck and Patron of Adventurers, is one of the Deirid of the Light Pantheon. Conceived by the Nisme Gaela and Helī, Ádh'Ri is the goddess of good luck and fortune. Believed to be one of the most recent deirid, the Bringer of Fortune has quickly become a favorite among adventurers and mercenaries.
Many such adventurers and mercenaries carry special double-headed coins - usually made of brass or bronze instead of gold - as tokens of luck on their travels. It is not at all uncommon for adventurers to find such tokens on corpses in dungeons. Upon finding such a token, it is usually burned or melted as soon as possible, to dispel the bad fortune that they superstitiously believe emanates from the fallen comrade's trinket.
Many charlatans and swindlers count Ádh'Ri as their patron deity as well. Not only do they consider their professions as making their own luck in the world, they point to Ádh'Ri's own divine symbols of beautiful dice and two-headed coins as indicators that the Bringer of Fortune is not as passive a believer in fate as she is otherwise portrayed. Such con artists usually identify or warn each other using some code phrase involving "The Fortunate owner of this establishment" or something similar, referencing Ádh'Ri and her influence on their craft.

Identifying Characteristics

Those who have met or seen Ádh'Ri describe her as a gold dragonborn (or some say gold-scaled human) dressed in luxurious blue silks. She almost always has a coin or a set of dice in her hand, ready to tell someone's fortune with a roll of the dice or toss of the coin.
