Ysgard

The Heroic Domains of Ysgard is an outer plane that is home to the spirits of perpetual warriors. Its landscape is dotted by enormous mountains, majestic fjords, and vast chasms with lava coursing through their nadirs. Its summers are hot and unbearable, its winters bitterly cold and inhospitable. The various settlements exist on floating motes of earth that travel around the realm. As the plane of endless battle, the souls who perish here never suffer permanent death; instead, they are revived the next morning, ready to fight again.

The Twilight Sanctum

From this marbled alabaster and obsidian tower floating on its own mote, the Nisme Gaela keeps distant watch over the world and its many threats. While she spends most of her time in the upper levels of the tower, engaged in her own meditations and rituals, she is not alone in the tower. All manner of other creatures share the space with her, including some types of lycanthropes who fight against the stereotypical evildoers of their kind, as well as various protectors and night wardens from around the planes.

Fortune's Favor

From this whimsical palace, decorated with eclectic pieces of art from all manner of cultures and origins, the Maiden of Fortune Ádh'Ri holds court. Her home is visited regularly by those seeking to gain an advantage in battle or business, to entreat with the lady of luck directly for her help. Such visitors have frequently reported seeing inexplicable acts of fortune, such as winning hundreds of dice games in a row or a dropped dagger balancing perfectly on its hilt.

Valhalla

Known throughout the universe as the home of the greatest warriors to ever live, this vast hall is overseen by the Deirid goddess Lachra. The souls of dead warriors travel to her hall to live out the rest of eternity in glorious battle and camaraderie. Every morning, those who had died the previous day are brought back to life to enjoy another battle and endless feasting. The tournaments hosted by Lachra here in Valhalla are some of the most spectacular events in the universe and draw competitors from all across the realms.
