The Pilgrimage of The Purple Lily
General Summary
The party wakes up in the jungle and enjoys a quick breakfast before heading out.
The jungle gets thicker and they are eventually ambushed by 4 Assassin vines. Combat doesn't go great because of the huge amount of poison they inject when the grapple a person and Sandor goes unconscious a few times. Eventually, though, they manage to take care of them and carry on.
They hear a river ahead and decide to sneak closer to try and spot if there are crocodiles nearby. They don't see any, but the only way to cross the river without getting wet is to walk over a small tree that has fallen over the river. Purah and Goradaar fall into the water. Swimming in medium/heavy armor is tough, but Goradaar grabs Purah and they make it to the other side. Esseria dries them with Prestidigitation.
The rest of the journey is quick uneventful, which allows them to truly take in the beauty of the jungle they are in. Eventually, they find the lake with the waterfall and decide to quickly take a look behind it. There a wet, stone floor behind it and a small ledge up leading into a cave that is 5-feet wide and just 10-feet high. The sleep on the ledge as it seems kind of save and is relatively dry.
