Planetary Core

A Planetary Core (not to be confused with an Army Corps) is made up of a percentage of the soldiers recruited from a planet. 3/4 of every planet’s recruited soldiers are legally obligated to be given over to the command of the greater Saurian Army or other branch as a whole. The remaining 1/4 of the planet’s military can be trained, armed, and outfitted as their government seems fit. They can then send this force to war or keep whatever percentage of it they would like to support the already stationed national Saurian soldiers defending their planet.
