A Formal Cencus is carried out on certain areas within the grasp of The Seat, however the land of Tir Volen itself does not have a full Cencus, but its population may hover around 9 Million

Everything from the beneath the Breach to Laerunia is part of Tir Volen
Military
The Seat lacks a formal military force, however the combined forces of the land if Conscripted, combined with The Brass Gauntlet, form a formidable force.
Foreign Relations
Tir Volen and Annukhen have a fairly friendly relationship, often trading between the two nations and having relatively free travel.
Bravøllr is a much more secluded and isonlationist nation, preventing travel for most by building a large wall and fortress in the form of The Breach.
Agriculture & Industry
Most of the land is fairly self sufficiant, with bustling trade.
Whilst most areas are capable of creating the tools they need, trade from The Seat & Bamak-Zel often provides specialist, high quality tools and equipment
Trade & Transport
Trade is plentiful from The Seat to Bamak-Zel and Laerunia, including the towns and villages between. Areas outside of this prosperous zone are more independant, but still trade when its available or required

The Seat
The Seat, as the Capital of Tir Volen, is the main thoroughfare between the land, controlling the main crossing between the north of the Sever and the South.
Makers Point
Makers Point is a collective of small villages who band together under the title of Makers Point. Under direct rulership of The Seat, they produce a great amount of resources used by the city.
Three Rivers
A Small village founded at the base of The Reach, the largest mountain in the Grasping Mountains, Three Rivers controls the water supply for the whole of the Sever.
Brelmond
Brelmond is a sizeable independant town to the East, acting as the main stop between The Seat and Bamak-Zel. Whilst still under the rule of The Seat it is not directly tied to them, and is mostly left to its own devices.
Crayton
A Sizeable port town, Crayton is the main stop between Nihayanahr and The Seat, and the first town reached when travelling north up from Annukhen. Whilst still under the rule of The Seat it is not directly tied to them, and is mostly left to its own devices.
Stillwater
A fortress town to the East, Stillwater is under the rule of The Seat, but is primarily controlled by Baron Shirai Morimasa, Manor Lord of house Morimasa
Silent Vigil
A fortress town to the West, Stillwater is under the rule of The Seat, but is primarily controlled by Baron Shirai Morimasa, Manor Lord of house Morimasa
Mistbrooke
A fishing village located on Crag Island, often importing a large amount of fish to the mainland, and the furthest settlement to the West
Bamak-Zel
A Dwarven Stronghold and the largest settlement in Tir Volen when you include its underground. Bamak-Zel is the only surviving Bamak currently in Avanté, given partial sovereignty and currently ruled by Mountain Thane Bhagrumir Drakefall

Major Exports
Tir Volen does not export much of its resources, however it does house specialists whost skills and tools are requested around Avanté.
Major Imports
Tir Volen is self sufficiant, and can provide everything its people need, however expeditions to the west are still plentiful for a variety of reasons.
Legislative Body
The Law is primarily written up by The High Council of The Seat, with the current reighning Monarch having the tie breaking vote
Judicial Body
The High Council of The Seat includes a Judicial Body which act on important cases, whilst most are simply dealt with in person at the time by the enforcing party.
Executive Body
Whilst each settlement will have its own lawmen, sentinels, militia, guards etc. the primary enforcers are The Brass Gauntlet, who are sent to deliver The Seats justice around Tir Volen wherever it is needed, and are the primary Guardians seen around The Seat, especially within the walls of the Upper City
