The Statue and The Mask

A dark, stone room, the walls wet and slick. In the center sits a pedastal with a statue of an unknown man. The face is mangled and broken. As you approach, the details become harder to make out until you are almost right on top of it, mere feet from it. The facial features are gone entirely, and in its place, a solid white mask, smooth and almost featureless save for two embellishments; a golden pattern across one eye and a gold streak up one side. As you look, the stone creaks as the mouth behind the mask opens and clear water begins to pour out endlessly, filling the chamber in seconds.
