Willowbrook
Before Orvendale was founded, settlers from Waterdeep founded Willowbrook during early years of The Twilight. Ever since Orvendale's founding, this place has atrophied, with most residents going to the new town.
***People should be preparing for Flamerule 1st, which is celebration of Flamerule and also the start of summer

- Harla insists they must pay full price
- They will back down if threatened, but respond well to kindness
- They are new in town and are looking for friends to show them around
- Quiet and well-stocked with everything that farmers and villagers might need for daily living, Harla hilltop, the half-elf shopkeep, specializes in tiny, prepackaged meals for travelers
- Harla's 11 sons are all kind-hearted adventurers, and she tales a liking to anyone who reminds her of her boys. She might even show them her small collection of magic armor and weapons for sale
- Storehouses filled with supplies for winter have recently been destroyed by a terrible beast
- Many old, abandoned shacks and houses
History
- When Waterdeep started claiming territory to the East during The Twilight, Willowbrook was founded before Orvendale
- Willowbrook was originally settled here because of the decently sized river next to it and the large population of wildlife nearby, who made easy prey
Points of interest
- The Coruscating Garden
- A wide graveyard filled with unusual abstract structures filled with stained glass
- Many flowers and hedges line the graveyard
- During the day starting around noon, light shines through the stained glass and creates a beautiful field of illuminated colors
- A priest and his acolytes polish the entire garden weekly
Architecture
- The earthy, slightly fishy smell of a sizeable river floods your nose
- The dirt road turns into a shabby cobble, worn heavily from the ages
- Many old, sizeable trees dot the land and shade most of the village
- A cool breeze blows against your face
- You hear the sounds of birds chirping and the rushing river faintly in the distance
- You walk down the shaded path, noticing small houses made of wooden logs with thatch rooves
- The houses are spread spaciously apart
- Each house has a sizeable garden and wheat field
- Each house has a large open porch with seating areas
- Two empty cargo carriages towed by horses pass by you on their way out of the village. The drivers give you very strange looks
- Straight down the path, a dense group of brick buildings sticks out from the spread-out wooden houses
- Once in the heart of the village, you notice this is the village square. You see a sizeable general store, a broken water fountain, a few abandoned buildings, a guard house, and a building that looks like it belongs to the local government
- Small pieces of ash blow by your face, carrying the smell of burnt wood
