House Atterton

House Atterton is ruled by Tarstor Atterton. Tarston is a noble who is best known for his cruelty. His provinces are some of the most secure and bandit free - but also the least happy. He has no qualms with extreme punishment for even the smallest of offenses, and seems to revel in the destruction of those he considers ‘problematic’ in how he runs things. House Atterton supplies a great deal of lumber and food, mostly taken from the borders of Badaria Forest. They do as they are commanded - and provide what the throne commands - but not a copper piece more. Nobleman Tarstor is not a fan of the policies of his King, and even less so of his weak son, Lord Gavus . He humors the Lord, and appears professional, but in the privacy of loyal men and family, he does not hold back his disdain. Tarstor has a son, a bastard, born to him after the death of his wife. Audwin Atterton is loyal to his father and has high hopes of being legitimized by his father. He serves the Nobleman well, and has nothing but hate for whomever disregards him for his bastard status.
Tarston Atterton is a man of brutal principle. All things can be settled through force of arms, and a man who is better suited to leadership should take it, if it isn't awarded. He thoroughly believes that Lord Gavus is not suited to rule, and seeks to support another for succession. He will still fulfill his duties, but he is the kind of man that would back another, if given the chance. If you stand in his way, you die. If you don't agree with him, someone you love may become his guest. He is versed in all things underhanded, and isn't afraid to do what he feels he must.
