Ancient Fenris

Ancient Fenris is a proto-language of the Fenris people, found in the western half of Bonisthia.

Derived Languages

Volifenish - a very common language found all over New Fenris and in Volias; combined linguistic aspects of Ancient Fenris with Ancient Volian
Tyrgian - a language found in the southern reaches of New Fenris; usually taught as a secondary language
Bautarese - a language spoken in the eastern mountains; the closest to Ancient Fenris

Script

The Ancient Fenris language is written in its own script, which is still used for the Bautarese language, but soon faded out of use in the north after the Volifenish language began to first develop.
