Cosmos

The cosmos is a vast universe consisting of planes and demiplanes. Its form or architecture is unknown to the peoples living within these planes, as moving from one plane to another is only possible with magical means. In some cases the shell or parts of the shell of a demiplane are its portals.
Every plane or demiplane is categorized into one of the cosmology realms. These realms are represented by the map below.
