The Burning of Kazad Azul

On 4th of April in the year 1005, an ancient red dragon by the name of Lugalathar has attacked Kazad Azul. Its defenders bravely fought to defend their homes but the huge dragon's scales were impenetrable against the weapons that were used against it, combined with its ability to cast magic spells it proved too powerful. The dragon broke through the gate and burned both soldiers, civilians and buildings with its fire breath. It located the large vault, broke into it and made it its sleeping chamber, having turned the city into its new lair.
