The bloody incursion

Fergalai led a devastating surprise attack on the border towns and roads of Laighenlia.
The borders towns had relatively small militias and were unprepared, the towns fell quickly and those that could not escape were slaughtered by the elven troops of Fergalai.
The attacking troops of Fergalai were made up of royal and regular soldiers of the House of Gaeth and the House of Anwell, led by Lord Hebedir Gaeth and his general Thadhrion Ae'hla.
The defending troops of Laighenlia were comprised of townsfolk and town guards led by the various Guard Captains of their respective towns.

The towns bordering Fergalai were destroyed.

Aftermath

News of this sudden attack reached the capital of Laighenlia within days and only time will tell how Laighenlia is going to react.
